They depend a lot on the projects. Some projects are more demanding than others. We offer fixed-price packages or hourly rates to adapt to each project.

They vary depending on the projects, but most suppliers and manufacturers have minimums starting at 150 units per colour and product, excluding handcrafted production.

Ideally, include a sketch or description of the product, the expected quantities, the desired deadlines, and any technical or budgetary constraints. The more precise your information, the more accurate the quote will be.

Most of the companies that Montloup works with are located in Quebec and Ontario. Montloup also has a network of manufacturing companies in Europe.


Depending on the projects, we may need to source materials outside of Canada (especially yarn).

All data relating to the origin of the materials will be provided to you.

No. We work with a large network of suppliers and it is not possible for us to offer visits. However, we are working on a training program that would eventually include company visits.

It will depend on the projects and their complexity.

We have a vast collection of knitted fabric samples that we make available to our customers. For all other types of fabrics, we handle each case individually.

We can support you at every stage of production, from approval samples to the finished product.

As much as possible, yes.

All the projects we support are treated confidentially. Your ideas and developments belong to you.

We require 30% of the total invoice amount to start the project. The balance will be requested at the end of the assignment.
The terms and conditions are sent with each submission to ensure everything is clear before starting.
