At Montloup, fabric manufacturing operates on a pre-order model. Each year, we present a diverse collection of fabrics inspired by our best-selling styles from previous seasons, along with a carefully curated colour palette.

Our Approach
This pre-order system was designed to make it easier for designers to source locally produced fabrics, made in small quantities in Canada.
The goal is to offer the opportunity to purchase fabric rolls from our annual production, in a consistent colour range available throughout the year. The selected shades reflect upcoming trends and ensure long-term harmony across your collections.
When to place an order?
Orders open 2 to 3 times a year for a period of 7 days. Production takes 9 to 10 weeks to complete, and 2 weeks are allocated for deliveries.
The calendar for the following year is announced each October.
MOQs and prices?
For each fabric, you can order as many rolls as you need and not the usual minimum production quantity. Sales are made by the roll with a minimum of one roll. The matching 1x1 and 2x1 ribs are sold by the meter.
Customization
